PANJIM: The Panjim Police have registered an offence against a juvenile and his father, who is the owner of the car that was involved in the Caranzalem car accident on Monday.
An offence has been registered against the juvenile driver and the father of the driver Asgarali Rajabali under Section 3, 4, 5 and 181 of Motor Vehicles Act and 279, 338 of IPC. Rajabali resides in Tambdi Mati, Panjim.

The owner and the driver of the SUV car have been booked for rash and negligent manner of driving. Occupants of the car, including the driver of the car who is a minor, were injured after their speeding car dashed into a Kadamba Bus which was turning at Caranzalem.
