ASSAGAO: After the death of Branca Cassiana Diniz alias Branca Rodrigues, another son is BORN and has recently surfaced to represent his brother Royson Rodrigues for the land grab crimes that he is accused of. At least that is what it would seem.

The story called “The dead don’t talk, but they sign” was published in May’ 2022. However in a recent civil suit filed by one of the victims, another son of Branca Rodrigues namely Ronnie Rodrigues takes “sudden birth” in the family and surfaces to the rescue of his brother in crime, Royson Rodrigues (one of the alleged masterminds in the massive Goa Land Grab cases).
Ronnie Rodrigues appears in court on behalf of his so-called brother Royson Rodrigues to defer a date of hearing on medical grounds. Ronnie had also appeared to help during the bail petition and hearing of his brother Royson.
The bail application filed by the sudden apparition of Ronnie Rodrigues states under oath the same residence address of Siolim for which Civil Suit summons had returned unserved.
This is strange since Ronnie Rodrigues since the documentation produced & relied on in front of various government authorities to fraudulently swindle over 60 properties has always mentioned Branca having only one son namely Royson Rodrigues.
The arrival of Ronnie Rodrigues further proves that the documentation relied upon in the original land grab case was false.

-Affidavit sworn by Royson Rodrigues to be the only son which has been produced as documentation for mutations and succession deeds states he is the only son.
-Civil Suit Summons/Notices sent to the address mentioned in all documentation produced for illegal land title transfer by Royson Rodrigues returns unserved.
Bail application filed by the sudden apparition of Ronnie Rodrigues states under oath the same residence address of Siolim for which Civil Suit summons returned unserved.
Questioned to be raised whether this Ronnie Rodrigues, a legitimate born child of Branca Rodrigues or he is the mastermind, who conspired and prepared documents in the name of his so-called brother Royson to trap him.
This begs the question. if he is an actual brother and existed that why is Ronnie helping his so-called brother Royson who did not give any right and share to his brother (Ronnie) in the sale of properties?
