VARCA: Pedda A hammered Chadvado B 6-1 and moved into the quarter-finals of the 2nd Varca Panchayat Cup inter-ward football tournament organised by Varca Village panchayat, at Varca Sports Club ground, on Friday.
Pedda-A netted goals through Jaylon in the 15th minute while Jonus netted brace in the 18th and 20th minutes. Reagan, Velford and Chris netted a goal each for Pedda A in the 30th, 34th and 36th minutes respectively.
Ashok pulled a goal back in the 43rd minute for Chadvaddo B.
