CALANGUTE: The Calangute Police arrested a Nigerian National, Chibuke David Ghimson for illegally staying in the country on Wednesday. The accused is 30 years old and was residing at Parra but a native of Lagos, Nigeria. A scooter owner was also booked for renting out his bike to the Nigerian National. As per the Calangute PI, Jivba Dalvi he along with staff had left for patrolling in the jurisdiction when they noticed one foreigner at Agarwado, Calangute. Upon seeing the police he tried to flee from the spot. However he was over powered, chased and apprehended. It was revealed that he was not in possession of any passport, visa or any travel document.
