Staff shortage hits Sattari civil supply office

The Sattari Civil Supply office has been hard hit by shortage of administrative staff, which causes inconvenience to the public.
The office has been functioning with only two staff members, one civil supply inspector and another LDC.
The workload is increasing day-by-day, but the ill-equipped civil supply office is unable to meets the needs of the people and many a times people are turned back without their work done.
Sources in the office informed that a lot of work is pending, including RTI applications and the staff is helpless to complete the work on time unless two more clerks as per requirements are appointed to make the office function smoothly.
