VASCO: The monsoons which has been lashing the state for the last few days has caused havoc at Vasco with incidents of uprooting coconut trees, water logging on roads, flood like situation besides damaging of canoes parked at Khariwado beach being reported on Wednesday.
Over 23 trees and mainly coconut trees got uprooted in villages of Sancoale, Velsao and Cansaulim in the last 24 hours. Similarly situation across Mormugao Taluka was reported.
