Judicial Magistrate of First Class Court, Mapusa granted additional two days of police custody to the two accused Sudhir Sangwan and Sukhwinder Singh in connection with Haryana BJP leader Sonali Phogat’s death case. High Court adjourned a petition challenging the order of Mapusa JMFC sending Edwin Nunes, Rama Mandrekar and Dattaprasad Gaonkar into judicial custody.
The High Court permitted Edwin Nunes’ counsel to argue for a bail application before the Mapusa Court scheduled on Tuesday.
