MAYEM: Beta Boys, Santa Cruz won the championship of 20th All Goa volleyball tournament organized by Friends Circle Club, Sarvan-Bicholim in association with Nehru Yuwa Kendra, at Sarvan ground.
In the final, Beta Boys defeated Friends Circle. The winners were awarded a cash prize of Rs 10,000 and a rolling trophy while runners-up took home Rs 7,500. The semi losers Morlem Colony and Mauli Club, Menkurem were awarded Rs 2,000 each. Prasad Sawant was adjudged best smasher while Mauli Club as the best defending team.
