Hanumant Parab has pointed out that the mining trucks are moving through high-density Pissurlem and other neighbourhoods instead of using the bypass road and violating all the conditions put by the High Court. Parab alleged that sometimes the drivers are drunk and there is no traffic police to fine them. There are a host of other violations.
