Musli Power Churchill Brothers will lock horns with Al Hilal, Yemen in AFC Cup Group B match at Ali Mohsen Al-Muraisi stadium, Sana, Yemen, tomorrow (Wednesday) at 6.30 p.m.
Kuwait are leading the group with 2 points from two draws, while Churchill and Al-Hilal have one point each.
In the Yemeni League, Al-Hilal lead the 14-team group with 58 points from 26 matches.
Al-Hilal will bank on internationals Yaser Bashuhai and Ali Al Selwi to lead upfront while goalkeeper Salem Awadh and Congolese defender Nzelenge Pepe are expected to play a major role for the host team.
Churchill’s coach Carlos Alberto Pereira will be hoping that his boys will put up a brilliant performance against Al Hilal after a poor performance against Dempo last Saturday in the ONGC I-League.
Churchill will go into the match with the same line-up that played against Kuwait Sports Club, last week at Fatorda. Goalkeeper Arindam Bhattacharya will prove his mettle under the bar.
Defender Gourmangi Singh, Robert Lalthamba, Naoba Singh and Rowilson Rodrigues will comprise a formidable defence while Reisangmei Vashum, Nascimento Silveira, Ogba Kalu Nnanna, Lalrindika Ralte are the men to watch in the midfield.
Nigerian forward Odafe Onyeka Okolie will partner Felix Chimaokwu upfront and will have to work very hard to get past the rival goalkeeper Salem Awadh.
