The 10-kilometre Old Goa-Panjim four-lane bypass Highway NH-4A besides reducing the distance between Old Goa and Panjim is indeed a delight to drive along. However, it is observed that the greenery along the sides of the Highway has been dotted with debris at one spot. What appears to be construction debris has been dumped here and the place has become a sore sight. This debris has to be removed and the authorities concerned need to see that no such construction debris or garbage is dumped along this Highway otherwise the site could develop into a dumping ground for garbage.
