CURCHOREM: Fifteen positive cases were detected in Curchorem and surrounding areas on Friday, taking the tally to 81 under the jurisdiction of Curchorem Upgraded Primary Health Centre.

As informed by Health officer Dr Alita Coutinho, two male persons from Shirford and Curchorem-Cacora Municipality were tested positive and another six persons including three family members from Xeldem tested positive. The two male members who were tested positive were asked for home isolation while an elderly woman was shifted to Covid care centre.
Simultaneously, three family members from Kirlapaldabal including a mother, her 4 year old daughter and 9 months old infant was tested positive who were asked for home isolation.
