PANJIM: The Tourism Minister Dilip Parulekar said that his department expects an overall increase of 15% in tourist flow in the upcoming season. Saying that the authorities wanted to promote the state as a marriage destination, he informed that the brand ambassador would be finalized soon. He said that this year tourism had increased by 5%.
The probables for the brand ambassador include Deepika Padukone, Saif Ali Khan, Kareena Kapoor and Sachin Tendulkar.
