MAPUSA: Goan Warriors Sports Club had to wait for the penalty shoot-out before they got the better of United Club of Nerul 4-3 to move ahead in the W Hotels Soccer cup, at Chapora ground, on Friday.
Both the teams played almost on equal footing with the regulation time ending in a goalless draw.
In the penalty shoot-out for Goan Warriors, Punaji, Milind, Akash and Sunil were on target while John, Ryan and Yeshwant scored for UC Nerul.
