dedication, Goa University emerged victorious at the highly acclaimed 7th
edition of ConQuest: India’s Premiere National Quiz on the Indian Constitution,
History, and Politics. The event, organized by the Centre for Law and Policy
Research (CLPR) and hosted at Ramaiah Law College, Bengaluru, witnessed a
fierce battle of wits among the country’s brightest minds.
Represented by the formidable trio of Sachin S. Panicker,
Saee Bhate, and Kanaka Dessai, Goa University secured the coveted champion
title, solidifying their expertise in constitutional intricacies, historical
nuances, and political landscapes. Their outstanding performance and depth of
knowledge propelled them to the forefront, showcasing Goa University’s
commitment to academic excellence.
Expressing elation at their remarkable achievement, the
triumphant team shared, “Thrilled to announce that our team has been
awarded the Champions title in the national finals of ConQuest 2023.”
Their journey from the west regional round to the pinnacle of the national
finals stands as a testament to their hard work, perseverance, and passion for

National Law University, Delhi, and National Law University,
Gujarat, secured the 1st and 2nd runners-up positions, respectively, in a
display of exceptional prowess and intellect.
ConQuest, a premier national
quiz focusing on law, history, and politics, is a laudable initiative by the
Centre for Law and Policy Research. It aims to instil the fundamental
principles of the Indian constitution in the minds of young aspirants,
