PANJIM: Art and Culture Minister Dayanand Mandrekar promised to give funds to all cultural organizations without discrimination and promote all forms of art. He also suggested a joint inspection by the Art and Culture Department and the Goa State Infrastructure Development Corporation (GSIDC) into allegations that the work at Ravindra Bhavan, Baina was of substandard quality.

Replying to the discussion on demands for grants, the minister said that there wasn’t any case for discrimination and they were unfounded fears.
