QUEPEM: Locals of Son Fator and commuters using the Tilamol road on Sunday complained that the PWD Road Department is neglecting the repair works of the road that slides into the field at Son Fator since it is becoming increasingly dangerous by the day passing through this narrow stretch.
Manuel Clement, a local, said that in the last two months, a part of the road near Son Fator bus stop has collapsed into the field and commuters fear of meeting with an accident.

Clement said that the PWD Road Department had acted irresponsibly by placing sticks instead of putting up signboards at the place where some part of the road had collapsed.
Another local Rocky Fernandes said, “Such negligence can have serious consequences. If there is no support on either side of the road and if an accident occurred, vehicles would crash into the field and it might become fatal for the victim.”
