MARGAO: Tiatrist Conception de Tuem has threatened to move Supreme Court if police fail to investigate the case with regards to the assault on him.
Conception has alleged that Francis had sent men to assault him and that police are yet to proceed with the case investigation despite several notices.
” Samir Shaikh, a youth from Vasco in his statement to the police has stated that Francis de Tuem has threatened to kill him by engaging some contract killers. Still the Margao police have not been going on with the investigations into the case and are not arresting the accused. Why is it so?” asked Conception.
