The Goa Human Rights Commission (GHRC) has taken suo motu cognisance of a report published in O Heraldo titled “Male students parade in underwear at culture fest”, dated July 10.
Acting on the media report, the Commission has directed the Vice Chancellor of Goa University to submit a detailed report or reply on the incident by July 23.
