It is easier to find a needle in a haystack than find a car parking spot in Margao. For this reason, I park out at the outskirts of town and walk to town sometimes accompanied by my aged mother.
Will the Traffic Police crack on the parking defaulters, especially those who double park their high-end cars on Luis Miranda Road, Minguel Loyola Furtado Road, Martin Dias Road and all around the town? This would at least help in alleviating the traffic congestion in the town.

There has to be a sustained effort by the Traffic Cell to clear the streets from these parking defaulters and hawkers who are no less an obstacle to smooth traffic flow.
