The Porvorim centre has been set for the students of Bardez, Tiswadi, Pernem, Bicholim, Sattari, Ponda and Dharbandora talukas, while students from Canacona, Quepem, Sanguem, Salcete and Mormugao higher secondary schools can collect passing certificates from the Margao office.
A total of 16,180 students, including repeat candidates, appeared for the HSSC examination from March 2 to 20, which had 3222 students from the Arts, 5246 Commerce, 4383 Science and 2929 vocational students.
