PANJIM: Minister for Public Works Department (PWD) Ramakrishna ‘Sudin’ Dhavalikar on Sunday expressed confidence that Goa will become the cleanest State by March 2019.
“We are marching towards achieving Swaach Bharat mission. I am confident that by March 2019, Goa will be the cleanest State,” he said.
Minister was speaking at the launch of ‘Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (PMJAY)’, a universal health insurance scheme.
