A 25-year-old man, reported missing for over a week, was discovered dead in a decomposed state in roadside bushes at Pirna, police confirmed on Saturday.
The deceased has been identified as Ashish Kumar Jha, a resident of Vazri and originally from Uttar Pradesh. Jha had been missing since August 7, and his disappearance was reported to the local police. According to preliminary investigations, he is suspected to have died in a self-accident while travelling from Vazri to Nadoda via Pirna.

Police officials said the body was recovered after locals alerted them to a foul smell in the area. The remains have been sent for post-mortem examination to ascertain the exact cause and time of death.
