Every once in a while, there’s great virtue in celebrating the past. It gives us perspective on how far we’ve progressed and makes us appreciate the courage that comes with having undertaken an arduous journey. Only then, does the joy and recognition of the present seem more rewarding. That is the sense one gets when talking to Nisha da Cunha, the founder and principal of Nisha’s Play School and Shiksha Niketan that celebrates its 25th anniversary this year. Deepa George reports
