Former deputy Sarpanch of Curtorim village panchayat, Armando Esteibero has succumbed to his injuries in the Goa Medical college and hospital on Sunday.
Esteibero had met with an accident at Babghat-Raia on May 6 and was rushed to the GMC hospital. He was undergoing treatment in the hospital since then and he succumbed to his injuries on Sunday morning.
The Maina Curtorim police have handed over his body to his relatives after conducting the panchanama.
