KTC transport plan

PANJIM: Kadamba Transport Corporation will operate a free shuttle ring services from the Government Ela farm and Pinto garage to Old Goa Police station road from 6 am to 8 pm till the departure of the last devotee starting November 23.

 Buses will leave continuously and six mini buses will be posted initially. Frequency will be increased on pilgrims’ demand. KTC will also operate shuttle services from Margao, Vasco, Ponda, Mapusa from 5 am everyday after every one hour and from Panjim every 10 minutes starting at 5.30 am. Six buses from Margao and two buses from Vasco will ply via Pilar Dongri to Ela farm. Rs 40 will be charged for a one way trip from bus stand. 
Two buses from Ponda will ply via Banastarim to Hybrid chicken parking place. 
The buses will charge Rs 25 for a one way and leave from new KTC bus stand. 
There will be four buses plying from Mapusa via Panjim via Divja circle to Bhakia property parking and charge Rs 25 one way. The buses will leave from KTCL bus stand Mapusa. Six buses will ply from Panjim via Divja circle and park at Bhakia property parking and charge Rs 10 for a one way ticket. The buses will leave from Panjim bus stand. Buses will reach Old Goa so that devotees can attend Konkani mass starting from 6 am, 7.15 am , 8.15 am, 10.45 am including the evening masses at 6 pm to 10 pm.
20 buses procured from Exposition committee fund costing Rs 3.12 crore will be used to ferry pilgrims for exposition. These buses will thereafter be utilized by KTCL in their general fleet.
