PANJIM: Students of 150 schools have been selected for attending inauguration of 37th National Games to be held on October 26 at Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, Fatorda, Margao.
According to a circular by Director of Education Shailesh Zingde, the students will have to report to the venue at 4 pm, wearing school uniform with their identity cards. The circular says that no bags will be allowed inside the stadium.

Teachers have been asked to carry their identity proof too.
“Schools are requested to depute 30 students and two teachers to attend inauguration ceremony of 37th National Games 2023, on October 26, 2023,” the circular issued by Director of Education Shailesh Zingde said.
The 37th National Games have begun with the Badminton tournament taking place on Thursday. However, it will be formally inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on October 26 at 6.30 pm.
