PANJIM: A migrant labourer was stabbed by another daily wager in an attack at Mala in Panjim late Monday night.
Police said the assault with a sharp weapon was a result of a verbal spat between two groups of migrants. The victim was severely injured.
Panjim police were at the crime scene conducting a panchanama and recording statements of witnesses at the time of going to press.
