Cuncolim Union started attackingly but Brian Furtado missed to score in the 23rd minute as his long ranger hit the rival goal post and the ball went out of play.
ICSC also created an opportunity in the 36th minute but Micky Vaz’s header kissed the cross piece of Cuncolim Union and rebounded.
Post resumption, ICSC’s Manuel Fernandes lost a golden opportunity to break the deadlock in the 50th minute as he was fed by Micky Vaz inside the box of Cuncolim Union but blindly shot into the hands of Cuncolim Union goalkeeper.
