Children’s Court in Panjim Acquits Accused in Aggravated Sexual Assault Case

In a significant judgment, the Children’s Court at Panaji has acquitted an accused in a case involving allegations of aggravated penetrative sexual assault, showing obscene content, and criminal intimidation of a minor.

The verdict followed a detailed and intense trial, during which the defence, led by Advocate Sahil Khot, successfully secured the acquittal of the accused.
