Under Operation “Amanat”, the Railway Protection Force, Margao, successfully recovered and returned lost belongings to passengers, showcasing efficient and passenger-friendly policing. On December 16, 2025, RPF personnel secured a handbag left on the Tejas Express, containing a mobile phone valued at Rs 50,000 and Rs 3,420 in cash. Following proper verification, the items were returned to the passenger on December 17. In a separate case, a bag reported missing on Platform No. 1 at Margao Railway Station was promptly recovered and returned to its owner on the same day.
