The ‘Maje Bus 2025’ scheme has been successfully rolled out by the Transport Department, drawing appreciation from the Bus Owners’ Association. Association president Sudeep Tamankar thanked Chief Minister Pramod Sawant for launching the initiative, which he said reflects the government’s commitment to improving and strengthening public transport services across the state.
The scheme is expected to enhance accessibility and reliability for commuters while supporting the transport sector and private bus operators.
