Ghaziabad Triple Suicide Shocks Uttar Pradesh
The tragic suicide of three minor sisters in Uttar Pradesh’s Ghaziabad has left the region in deep shock. Police investigations have now revealed disturbing details behind the heartbreaking incident. According to authorities, the sisters were reportedly depressed after their father took away their mobile phones, believing they had become overly obsessed with Korean culture.
Sisters Were Reportedly Involved in Online Task-Based Games
As per the Ghaziabad police, the minors used to play an online task-based game on their phones. Officials suspect that their emotional distress increased after they were suddenly cut off from these online activities and friendships.

The three sisters — Nishika (16), Prachi (14), and Pakhi (12) — allegedly jumped to their deaths from the ninth floor of their residential tower in Noida’s Bharat City Society. The society falls under the jurisdiction of the Trans-Hindon police station. The incident took place late on the night of Wednesday, February 4.
What the Police Probe Revealed
Investigators said the girls’ father had snatched their phones after noticing their growing attachment to Korean culture and online friends. He later sold the devices, leaving the minors unable to play games or communicate with people they interacted with digitally.
On the night of the incident, the sisters reportedly took their mother’s phone in an attempt to access the Korean app they used. However, they could not log in. A forensic team seized the phone from the spot but found no evidence of access to the Korean app.
Police also noted that the minors’ father has three wives, adding another complex layer to the family situation as the investigation continues.
