Francis Coelho, Political activist, Cecille Rodrigues a prominent AAP leader and residents of Taleigao assembled at the Panjim Police Station to lodge a formal complaint against Gautam Khattar over his controversial remarks about Saint Francis Xavier. The group demanded that an FIR be registered, expressing strong outrage and alleging that Khattar had been deliberately brought to Goa to make the statement. They emphasized that such remarks hurt religious sentiments and called for prompt legal action to address the issue.
