The Vasco JMFC Court has granted bail to Gautam Khattar following a recent application filed by his legal team. His legal team stated that the plea was filed on the 29th and argued soon after, with the court issuing the order following clarifications and intervention arguments.
His bail was approved with conditions, including furnishing two sureties of ₹15,000 each, providing local contact details of relatives, not leaving the country, and refraining from repeating offences. Delays occurred as the accused was in hospital and could not be produced in court. The defence maintained that further custody was not required and assured cooperation with the investigation.
