Judge Condemns Heinous Crime: Life Imprisonment Insufficient for 65-Year-Old Offender

In a shocking case, a judge has highlighted the brutal actions of a 65-year-old man who lured a three-year-old girl under the pretense of showing her a calf and offering her sweets. The accused, who has seven married daughters and an adult son, subjected the child to severe sexual assaults, including vaginal and anal penetration, and attempted oral sex.

Tragically, he killed the child in an effort to silence her resistance and continued to assault her even after her death. Judge Salunkhe emphasized that the defendant’s behavior was exceptionally egregious, stating that a life sentence would be grossly inadequate for such a crime. He further noted that while the death penalty may also fall short of justice, it remains the most severe punishment available for such heinous acts.
