Bindiya (Avani) Sawant to Take Charge as New Karapur-Sarvan Sarpanch Amid Ongoing Mega-Project Protest

After remaining vacant for nearly two months, the post of Sarpanch of the Karapur-Sarvan Gram Panchayat is set to be filled, with Bindiya (Avani) Sawant scheduled to assume office on Tuesday.

Sawant had emerged as the frontrunner for the position and will officially take charge as the new Sarpanch, ending the administrative vacancy at the village panchayat.
