The Principal District Court has extended the judicial custody (JC) of Suleman Siddique Khan by one day after the Enforcement Directorate (ED) filed a transfer application seeking his custody.
The transfer application is scheduled to be heard tomorrow at 5 pm. Meanwhile, the Mapusa Court is scheduled to hear Khan’s bail plea on August 19.
