Supreme Court Upholds Cancellation of Bail for Birch by Romeo Lane Owners in Goa Fire Case

The Supreme Court has upheld the Bombay High Court’s decision cancelling the bail granted to the owners of Birch by Romeo Lane, in connection with the Goa nightclub fire that claimed 25 lives.

Following the Supreme Court’s order, the owners have been directed to surrender within two weeks.
