Anjuna Police on Thursday arrested two persons in connection with the murder of Samprit Malwankar at Anjuna.
It may be recalled that Samprit (23) from Ghumal Vaddo, Anjuna, was shot dead by an unknown person in a bar at Anjuna on Wednesday at about 7.30 pm.
Anjuna Police arrested two suspects, Ajit Kambli and Laxman Salgaonkar, who have been remanded to eight days police custody for further investigations.
Meanwhile, Samrpit’s body was handed over to his relatives for final rites.
Calangute Police is investigating the case.
