PANJIM: Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar Tuesdays stated that an OSD would be appointed for the Mopa Greenfield Project from November 1. He has been mandated to look after all the paper work, he said.
Parrikar also alleged that most frauds in health and PWD had taken place under the previous regime.
