Keeping up the standards of this reputation, the State is currently witnessing the leading food, catering and hospitality expo organized by Aahar Ways which is being held from August 17 to 19 at Dr Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Stadium, Bambolim.
The three-day event will be one of India’s most happening events as it serves as a boundless platform to bring together businesses and their clients set in a unique theme and with its prime location and objective, the show draws rave comments from experts.
There are more than 250 brands participating in this event and all of them belong to the Business to Business (B2B) category and the main focus is to serve the best by looping in the suppliers and industry professionals under one roof. The event is staging around ten different panel discussions, seminars and interactive programmes in field of hospitality, solid waste management, water conservation, culinary skills etc for the benefit of the participants and the visitors.
The organisers have invited over 1,75,000 industry professionals from all over India and overseas, which will also be helpful in making a super season for Goa especially during an off season like August. The Industry professionals are confident that this expo will definitely boost the hospitality industry and help the exhibitors, consumers and visitors to engage and connect with one another for a better business prospect. August being an off season in the state of Goa is expecting thousands of visitors and exhibitors from all over the country and will surely give a boost to Goa’s tourism and hospitality industry.
The event has been strongly supported by India’s leading trade associations including the Food & Hospitality Support Association of India (FHSAI), India Federation of Culinary Association (IFCA), Culinary Forum of Goa, Chef Association of Garhwal, Stewarding Association of India (SAI), Professional Housekeepers Association (PHA), i-Professional Housekeepers Association (IPHA), Indian Housekeepers Club (IHC), Travel and Tourism Association of Goa (TTAG), Young Chefs Association of India.
