Aamir Khan, Gauri Spratt officially tie the knot at Bandra home

Actor Aamir Khan and longtime partner Gauri Spratt are officially married after completing their marriage registration at the superstar’s residence in Mumbai’s Bandra on Saturday. The intimate ceremony was attended by family members and close friends, with around 150 guests witnessing the special occasion.

The couple signed the marriage documents at approximately 12.45 pm, formally beginning a new chapter in their relationship. Guests present at the ceremony described the atmosphere as emotional and joyful, with both Aamir and Gauri visibly happy as they celebrated the milestone.

Among those in attendance were Aamir’s children—Junaid, Ira and Azad—as well as Gauri’s son. Several relatives and close friends had also travelled from abroad to be part of the celebrations.

Aamir publicly confirmed his relationship with Gauri earlier this year, revealing that although the pair had known each other for nearly 25 years, they had been in a relationship for just over two years before deciding to marry.

The 61-year-old actor was previously married to producer Reena Dutta, with whom he shares children Junaid and Ira. He later married filmmaker Kiran Rao in 2005. Although the couple separated in 2021, they continue to co-parent their son, Azad.

Gauri, 47, is originally from Bengaluru and has largely remained away from the limelight. She works in the wellness and beauty industry and currently manages a BBlunt salon in Mumbai. She studied at Blue Mountain School before pursuing an FDA course in Styling and Photography at the University of the Arts London.

The couple opted for a private wedding, keeping the celebrations limited to family and a close circle of friends.
