IAM International Food Festival – Timberland

 The students of
the Institute of Advance Management,
Nuvem organised the annual International food festival themed
Timberland on December 18 2018 from 6:00 pm onwards at IAM INDISMART Woodbourne
Resort Nuvem. The Chief Guest present at the event was celebrity chef Rohan
D’souza.

The
event displayed the signature dishes from the various ‘forests of the world’
which consisted of Indian, French, Canadian, German, Mexican, Brazilian and
African cuisines with live entertainment. The menu had different delicacies
like, ‘Solyanka’ soup, a thick, spicy, sweet and sour lamb soup originated from
Ukraine; ‘Solterito arequipeno’, a cold salad with Cheese and vegetables
typically found in Areuipa , a city in South Peru; ‘Arroz Atollado’, a rice
preparation from Cali region of Columbia which is made with sticky rice and
vegetables, assortment of different breads, etc were few dishes on the festival
menu.
