From October to January, the charm of Panjim, easily one of the prettiest towns in the country, bursts forth, with a plethora of creativity, performances exhibitions and music performances. Beautiful spaces are further enhanced, with talented artists from different fields putting themselves out there, a constant exhibition of excellence. The Serendipity Arts Festival is the latest in this line of offerings.
