Traffic signal lights should be installed at every road junction. When one comes along the Tivim road and reaches Caraswada junction one is unsure when to cross. In contrast, everyone at the O’ Coqueiro junction at Porvorim knows where to go. Implementation of education is necessary and since we have an educated teacher as CM, he should understand the need for traffic lights. Our new policemen are ineffective. They do not direct people but stand with hands in their pockets.
