The archbishop does not pretend

Dr. Francisco Colaco shocked us on New Year’s eve, by stating that the Archbishop “pretended” and “came out of slumber”. In Goa if at all the clergy does subtly assert itself, there is a reason behind it.
Dr. F.E. Noronha, Panjim
