In any criminal case the FIR and the panchanama report of crime site is very crucial for its conviction but unfortunately most of Goa Police officers have no knowledge, lazy to conduct the basic panchanama of crime location and love to work under the dictate of rogue class of politician across Goa.
The world around waited for eight years for the country sedated Judiciary for judgment, and when judgment came it gives a mental and body blow to the near and dear ones of the victim but for many in Goa it was expected Judgment.
The then corrupt Cong Government is equally responsible for denying justice to the family and friends of Scarlett. The Congress Government had created a precedent of delaying and destroying evidence with the help of their slaves (Goa Police officers) before handling the purposely unsolved cases as death cases to CBI and the same technique is present equally corrupt and communal BJP Government.
As regard to CBI it failed miserably as premium investigation body of the country. Their conviction rate of cases handed over to them in Goa is ZERO. Instead of prosecuting PI Nerlon Albuquerque and PSI Laxman Amonkar under the various acts of IPC for destroying evidence and fabricating the FIR it seems by the Judgment they went with same strategy as that of Goa Police. CBI also failed to look into finding of narcotics in the victim’s body.
The system of deliverance of justice is totally collapsing be it judiciary, Goa Police and CBI. Taking almost a decade to give judgment is something rubbish in our country.
Some will question me why I am blaming the system instead of Fiona MacKeown for leaving her teenaged daughter in care of a stranger. Yes she did a greatest mistake and admits that she will forever feel guilty on that part but that does not absolve the killers to kill the girl and the whole system side with the criminals. Finally Scarlett’s mother should not waste time and money by fighting which she will never get justice as whole system in Goa is corrupted.
With all the shabby work by authorities we can conclude that for Goa politicians/Goa Police/CBI/Judiciary “Nobody killed Scarlett Keeling” with numerous injuries across her body.
