PANJIM: Social Welfare Department has appointed Advocate Manohar C Adpaikar as the Chairman of the Goa State Commission for Backward Classes (GSCBC) with immediate effect.
This order was passed consequent to the government accepting the resignation that had been tendered by VIshwash Ramnath Satarkar, GBSC ex-chairman.
