The investigation into the murder of Ali Khanzade at Gulistan Masjid has gathered momentum, with police intensifying efforts to trace the main absconding accused, Mehboob Makandar.
According to sources, Mehboob Makandar was allegedly seen on Friday night in the company of Sabir Khan of Gogol and Maila Ali Savnoor. Acting on the information, police launched an operation to apprehend the suspects.

However, on noticing the police presence, the suspects reportedly attempted to flee. Police managed to arrest Sabir Khan during the operation, while Mehboob Makandar and the other accused allegedly escaped and remain at large.
